Voramar trail
Today we want to share with you another popular Voramar (trails along the coast), hiking route in Calpe, ranging from Arenal-Bol beach to Manzanera Cove, just by the Ricardo Bonfil buildings and the apartment for sale by Grupo VAPF in Calpe.
The route starts at the Arenal-Bol beach, down the stairs between Calpe bay and Sol y Mar Gran Hotel (which has a paid parking for public use). Once on the beach, you can see the beginning of the trail at your right hand in a path that climbs up a paved promenade, from which you can have splendid views of the coast.

Peñon de Ifach (the rock of Ifach), Calpe
In May, it is difficult to get bored in Calpe. This month, there are many activities planned in town.
As you will tell most excursions are free of charge. All you have to do is plan a little in advance and sign up. This means you can get rid of the “crisis” as an excuse to enjoy the beautiful landscapes of Calpe, both the urban and natural ones.

Sierra Nevada winter trip
Calpe’s Youth office and the Provincial Council of Alicante organized a snow trip to Sierra Nevada in Granada. It is the perfect holiday for nature lovers and a support to the tourist industry of Granada province in low season.
It has been several years since the first “Anem a la Neu” (lets go to the snow) trip was organized. These trips allow young people from Calpe the practice of winter sports that cannot be practiced in the Mediterranean coast due to the warm weather.
Los Baños de la Reina (the Queen’s Baths)
In December, there will be more tours planned by the Tourism Department of the Calpe Town Hall, the Archaeological Museum of Calp, the Rock of Ifach Nature Park and the CEMAS. These tours take you to beautiful natural spots and places filled with history.
Baños de la Reina: This guided tour takes you to the archaeological site called “Baños de la Reina” -The Queen’s Baths- and illustrates how the ancient Romans of the region lived.
