Opening of the “NAVARRO RAMON” exhibition hall: Public paintings and private collections by the artist Navarro Ramón.

On 2nd January 2011, an extraordinary concert will be hed in Altea to celebrate the arrival of the new year.
The Ciutat d’Elx Symphonic Orchestra will play its repertoire in Palau Altea at 19:00 h.
The event will bring two fantastic artists together under the direction of Leonardo Martinez, an experienced director with an international career who has developed professionally in Spain and other European countries.
Summer has ended but the best of the cultural offer in Altea is yet to come. Now that days get shorter and the weather a little cooler, the activities planned in Palau Altea (1, Partida Rotes St.) are the best choices for those seeking good entertainment without traveling too far.
80 horses. Mariano Mancheño art exhibition: Mancheño shows his work of the last four years, when he managed to capture on canvas and paper the fiery spirit of the horses. The artist himself acknowledges that his inspiration to create art from the horses comes from the fascination, excitement and even fear he felt when these animals approached him in the county.
